Tier4 Child Student Visa UK is only for child students who have been offered a position in a study at a UK educational institution. The course must be at the level of study that is appropriate to the applicant’s age and must be either in the UK or on a UK campus or center.

Applicants must have a valid Tier 4 Sponsor license to be eligible for this visa. An immigration officer will decide whether the course is appropriate to the applicant’s age and whether a Tier 4 Sponsor license is required.

The license is valid for two years and may be renewed if the sponsor continues to meet the financial requirements of the Tier 4 visa application. The sponsor must also be able to provide evidence of the ability to meet the financial obligations of the Tier 4 visa application.
